And then I noticed another screw that supposed to adjusts the idle as well that's right next to the aformentioned other idle screw. Are there two different screws that adjust the idle? So confused. Then I've read that it doesn't matter what adjustment you make because the ECU will still make it idle at 700rpms.
Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 20 seconds until the MIL stops. blinking and turned ON. 8. Fully release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds after the MIL turned ON. 9. Start engine and let it idle. 10. Wait 20 seconds. Idle speed CVT: 600 ± 50 rpm (in P or N position)
in the heater box inside the cab there is a control box for the ac system, there is an adjuster screw on that box that controls the ac idle, the other white knob controls low speed idle up for the power steering system. I can get pics of the control box if you need them, you will have to pull your glovebox to see it, quick 2 minute job.
